What AgencyAnalytics actually is
AgencyAnalytics is client reporting software. An agency connects a client's ad accounts, analytics, search rankings and social profiles, builds a branded dashboard, and sends a scheduled PDF every month. That is the job it does, and it does it well - the connector list is long and the white-label side is genuinely strong.
Read the shape of that job carefully, because it explains everything else. The person paying is an agency. The person reading is the client. Nobody in that loop is the shop owner who has to decide, on a Tuesday morning, whether to raise the budget on one campaign and switch off another.
We know the product from the inside: our own agency ran a rebranded AgencyAnalytics for client reporting before we built Magneety. This page is not a takedown. It is the reason we stopped.
Side by side
| AgencyAnalytics | Magneety | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is for | Reporting your marketing to somebody else | Running your marketing yourself |
| Who it fits | Agencies and freelancers with a roster of clients to report to | Owners and small teams who spend their own money on ads |
| Price positioning | Priced per client account, so the bill grows with how many clients you report on - sensible for an agency, odd when you are your own only client | Flat: Starter €50, Pro €100, Scale €200 a month. Never a share of your spend or revenue |
| Can it change your ads? | No. It reads platforms and renders them | Yes. Publishes campaigns to Google and Meta, edits budgets, pauses what is losing - with your approval |
| SEO rank tracking | Yes, and it is a real strength | No classic keyword rank tracking. We track AI search visibility instead - whether ChatGPT and friends mention you |
| Store and email data | Ad and analytics platforms, reported alongside each other | Shopify, WooCommerce, GA4, Klaviyo, MailerLite and Brevo in one profit view |
| Branded client reports | Its whole reason to exist - deep templating, portals, scheduling | Yes, branded reports - simpler, aimed at one business rather than fifty |
The gap: a report is not a decision
A monthly PDF tells you what happened four weeks ago. By the time it lands, the campaign that was quietly burning money has been burning money for four weeks. The report is honest and useless in the same breath.
What an owner needs is smaller and more annoying than a report. Which of these five campaigns is below my breakeven right now. What do I move, and to where. Can I do it without opening three ad platforms and remembering which one calls it an "ad set".
Reporting tools stop exactly at the point where that becomes work. Not because they are lazy - because writing to an ad platform is a completely different product with completely different risk, and their customer never asked for it.
See the decision, not just the chart
Connect Google Ads, Meta, your store and your email tool. Magneety shows what each channel actually made after cost, then offers you the specific budget change - which you approve or ignore.

Four cases where staying put is the right call, and we would rather you found out here than after a migration.
- You are an agency with a client roster. Client portals, per-client branding, scheduled report delivery at scale - that is their home turf, and we are not pretending otherwise. If you manage clients, look at what we do for agencies first and be honest about whether it covers you.
- SEO rank tracking is the point. We do not track keyword positions in Google. We do track whether AI answer engines mention your brand, which is a different question - useful, but not a replacement. If half your reporting value is search positions, replacing it with us leaves a hole.
- You need every connector. Their integration list covers things we do not touch - call tracking suites, niche CRMs, a long tail of ad platforms. Count the ones you genuinely use before you move.
- You do not run paid ads. Our whole value is deciding what to do with ad money. If you spend nothing on ads, most of Magneety is dead weight for you.
A tool that fits beats a tool that is cheaper. That is true in both directions.
What you get instead, and what it costs
Magneety connects Google Ads and Meta Ads, your store on Shopify or WooCommerce, GA4, and your email tool - Klaviyo, MailerLite or Brevo - plus organic Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. One place, one number for what marketing made.
It publishes and manages real campaigns rather than describing them. On Pro it paces budgets: it watches spend against the month and tells you where the money should sit, in a sentence a normal person can act on. And it writes branded reports, because you still want something to show a partner or an accountant.
Plans are flat. Starter €50 a month, Pro €100, Scale €200 - full plan detail here. Fourteen-day trial, no card.
If you want to check their current pricing yourself rather than take our word for it, it is on the AgencyAnalytics pricing page. We deliberately do not quote competitor figures here, because they change and a stale number in our favour is just a lie with a date on it.
Where to go next
Common questions
Can Magneety produce a branded client report like AgencyAnalytics does?
It produces branded reports, yes - your logo and colours on a shareable performance summary. What it does not do is run a fifty-client reporting operation with per-client portals and scheduled delivery templates. If that is your business model, AgencyAnalytics is built for it and we are not.
Does Magneety track keyword rankings?
Not in the classic sense - we do not report your position for a keyword in Google. We do have AI search visibility, which tracks whether answer engines like ChatGPT surface your brand when someone asks about your category. That is a genuinely different question, and it does not replace a rank tracker. If search positions are central to what you report on, keep a tool that does them properly.
I am a freelancer with three clients. Which one?
Depends on what your clients pay you for. If they pay for reporting, use a reporting tool. If they pay for results and you are the one actually launching and adjusting campaigns, a tool that can write to the ad accounts saves you the tab-switching. Our agency workspace setup covers small rosters.
Do I lose my history if I move?
Your history lives in the ad platforms and your store, not in the reporting tool. Magneety reads it back when you connect, so you get past performance rather than starting from an empty dashboard. What you would lose is any custom report layout you built inside AgencyAnalytics.
Is there a free tier?
No free tier, but a 14-day trial with no card. After that the cheapest plan is 50 euro a month. We would rather charge honestly than run a free tier that quietly caps the thing you actually came for.
